LAY YOUR ATHLETIC FOUNDATION FOR LONG-TERM ATHLETIC SUCCESS

Set the stage for long-term athletic success with GDPerform’s Intermediate Sports Performance Class, a 16-week, 48-session sports performance program built for junior high school athletes ages 12–15 (7th, 8th, & 9th grade) in the West Chicago suburbs. This program is designed to develop speed, agility, strength, coordination, and injury resilience—laying a strong foundation for success in high school sports and beyond. Athletes will train in a fun, challenging, and Christ-centered environment that promotes personal growth and performance to the glory of God and the good of others through sport.
