Enhance your athleticism with GDPerform’s Competitive Sports Performance Program—a 16-week, 80-session program designed for athletes ages 16–22 (10th, 11th, 12th, Collegiate) who want to compete at the next level. Whether you’re a high school athlete preparing for college recruitment or a D3 or JUCO athlete pushing to maximize athletic performance, this program delivers the tools to maximize speed, strength, power, and injury resilience. Backed by proven performance methods and elite-level coaching, athletes will improve acceleration, top-end velocity, change of direction, and overall movement efficiency—all in a competitive, structured, and Christ-centered environment.​​
