LAY YOUR ATHLETIC FOUNDATION
Introduce your young athlete to the fundamentals of athletic speed, strength, coordination, and confidence with GDPerform’s Middle School Speed Class—a 16-week, 48-session training program tailored for athletes ages 8-12 (4th, 5th, & 6th Grade). This foundational sports performance program is designed to help younger athletes in the West Chicago suburbs develop proper movement skills in a fun, structured, and faith-centered environment. Our approach focuses on building a strong base of athletic movement, injury resilience, and confidence to prepare them for future success in any sport.​​
